Requests for Information:
It is the intent of the Commission to provide the public
prompt, reasonable access to record(s) in accordance with the
Oklahoma Open Records Act, 51 O.S., Section 24A.1, et seq. All
requests for record(s) and documents must be submitted in writing
to the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission.
Copy Charges:
8-1/2 by 11 one-sided $0.25 per page plus postage
8-1/2 by 11 two-sided $0.35 per page plus postage
larger sheet - amount billed directly by a copying source
Research charges - please contact the
Commission Office
Transcripts charges - please contact the Commission Office
Faxing information - $1.00 first page (not including cover sheet) $0.50 every page thereafter; minimum $1.00 charge.
Rule Books
If licensed, free if picked up.
If licensed, $3.00 if mailed.
If non-licensed, $2.00 if picked up.
If non-licensed, $5.00 if mailed.
